We try to ship your product the most economical way possible.  We use several carriers:  UPS, FedEx, USPS, or LTL Freight.  This may also mean your items may get shipped through a couple of different carriers.  If you have a preference of how you would like your item(s) to be shipped you can leave a note in the “Order Notes” section at time of checkout.

Most of our chemicals if shipped in a container larger than 1 gallon are considered hazardous and will carry a hazardous shipping charge in addition to normal shipping charges.  This hazardous charge is currently $35, but is subject to change without notice.

When you place an order, we try to package it in as few boxes as possible.  Most liquids and chemicals will be shipped UPS/FedEx.  Non liquid items/non chemical items can be shipped through the postal service.

Due to restrictions on the amounts of chemicals you can pack into one package, we may have to split up items into their own individual boxes.

If an order is large enough, has a number of bulky, heavy items or has several five gallon hazardous containers it may be more economical to send your items by LTL freight.  With LTL you are assessed only one hazardous material fee, and not the individual hazmat fees that are charged per box of chemicals.

In order to get the best shipping rate, we calculate shipping when your order is packed based on actual costs from UPS, FedEx, or USPS.  At time of checkout you will be asked if you would like to be contacted prior to charging you for shipping.  You may also leave a message in the order notes that you want to be contacted with the total shipping costs.

We will also contact you if the shipping on your items is high in relationship to the total of your order unless specified in the order notes.

We offer same day shipping to customers who place their orders prior to 11am Monday-Friday.  We do our best to get all these orders shipped and assist all our counter and technical customers at the same time.

If items(s) are needed urgently and it is after the cut off time you may put in the order notes that you would like to have it shipped same day.  We will try to ship your order if it is possible.

We will not charge your credit card until your product is shipped or picked up.

Most of our products are returnable, with a 15% restocking fee.

Resins, compounds, gelcoats and other chemicals are returnable for up to two weeks after sale.  Other non chemical items have a longer return period of up to 30 days.

Some restrictions to this policy exist.  This includes product that has to be modified at the time of sale and product that has been opened and used.   Any product that is not returnable will say this in the product description.

Of course we strive to provide high quality product, but in the event that you receive defective product, no restocking fee will be charged.
