302 ISO POLYESTER RESIN
Isothalic polyester laminating resin is a grade up from orthothalic polyester laminating
resin and is often used for tooling where a greater heat resistance is required. It is
stronger than orthothalic resin, exhibits better UV, chemical and water resistance.
Excellent for underwater repairs where water resistance and strength are important.

Add to polyester resins (301,302,303 & 305) and vinylester resins
(901, H197P) to achieve a "tack-free" cure. When resin cures,
wax can be buffed off. Use 20-60cc for resins,

901VINYLESTER RESIN
An extremely high strength resin used for making strong, stiff laminates. Highly
water and chemical resistant. Call for specific applications. Excellent secondary
chemical bond to polyester laminate when making repairs or when strength and
stiffness are important. An ideal choice for repairs to high stress areas, such as
rudders, skeg and fin keel laminates.

197P HETRON CORROSION & HEAT RESISTANT POLYESTER RESIN
Hetron 197P resin is a low viscosity, thixotropic, promoted halogenated, flame retardant polyester resin.

Tooling Resin System
A Polyester System Designed to Cut Cost and Time in Tool Production
Tooling resin is a polyester laminating resin that is used in conjunction with a alumina trihydrate filler to cut cost and time in tool production.
This resin allows tools to be made in 80% of the time, has a very low shrinkage, and a rapid barcol hardness. This translates to a significant
drop in labor costs, tools that reproduce masters accurately with no print through or distortion, and tools that easily demold faster then ever
before.   The system also allows the tool to withstand heat as well. The ATH filler is used at a 1:1 ratio by weight and lowers composite costs
and increases composite stiffness. The system comes in a 100 lb kit which includes 5 gallons of Tooling Resin, 50#�s of Alumina Trihydrate
filler, and 8 oz of Superox Hardener.

Directions:            Must be applied at least 120 mils (3 mm) thick before allowing to cure.
                                Apply 3 layers with 1.5oz mat, let cure completely and sand.
                                Apply 3 more layers with 1.5oz mat and the tool is complete.
                                Should produce approx a 1/2� laminate to complete the tool and cover approx 35 sq ft.
                                Mix Resin and ATH at a 1:1 ratio by weight.
                                Catalyze with Superox 46-750 only - at a minimum of 1.25% (15 cc per quart).
