 1. Mix ratio:  4 parts 1101 Epoxy Resin to 1 part
      2102 Epoxy Hardener.

 2.  Pot Life:  Approx. 25 minutes @ 70°F.

 3.  Working Time:  Approx. 50 minutes from
      original mix time to gel @ 70
°
F when spread as a
      coating or with a single layer of 10 oz. 
      Fiberglass Cloth.

 4.  Performs well in Summer weather due to a
      longer working time at higher temps.

 5.  Excellent wood glue.  Can be thickened as
      necessary with 701 Cabosil if gap filling of
      joints is required.

 6. Can also be used to create a structural putty to 
      replace rotted wood.  Mix by volume: 1 part
      Resin, 3 parts 702 microspheres, 1 part 703
      milled fiberglass and add epoxy to make a putty
      consistency.  The cured putty can be cut with a
      chisel or wood plane to shape.

 7.  Excellent laminating resin for covering wood
      with fiberglass.  Wets out easily & yields a 
      slightly flexible laminate which can withstand
      substantial impact without cracking.

 4.  Performs well in winter when low shop
     
temperature is common.

 5.  Ideal for laminating a glass reinforced shellcoat
      over wood (canoes, kayaks, wood hulls,
decks,
      architectural structures).

 6.  Excellent wood glue.  Thicken as necessary with
      701 Cabosil if gap filling of joints is required.

 7.  Excellent chemical and water resistance  
      (including:  skydrol, oil, gasoline).  Excellent  
      adhesion to chemically etched aluminum 
      or sandblasted steel.

 8.  Can also be used to create a structural putty to  
      replace rotted wood.  Mix by volume:
1 part resin,
      3 parts 702 microspheres, 1 part 703 milled
      fiberglass and add epoxy to make a putty
      consistency.  The cured putty can be cut with a
      chisel, or wood planes to shape.
